Privacy notice
Last updated: August 14, 2026
This notice describes what this ScopeGuards website currently collects and how that information is used. It is written in plain language and describes only what the site does today — not future product capabilities.
What we collect
- Information you submit on the application form: your name, work email, company, and optionally your role, an approximate count of active projects, what you are interested in, whether a project's documents could be reviewed, and any notes you choose to add.
- Limited first-party measurement: a small number of website events (for example, that a call-to-action was clicked, a form was started, an interest was selected, or a form was submitted or failed), along with the page path and a random identifier stored only for the current browser tab. We do not use cross-site cookies and we do not fingerprint visitors.
What we do not collect here
We do not request project documents, drawings, contracts, or other job files through this public form. Measurement events never include your name, email, company, or any project document content.
How the information is used
- To respond to your request and arrange next steps.
- To evaluate whether a pilot or design partnership is a good fit.
- To operate, secure, and improve this website.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in a protected database that is not readable from the browser. Access rules deny public reading, updating, and deleting; only trusted server-side ScopeGuards code can read the records. Submissions are transmitted over HTTPS.
Service providers
We use third-party cloud hosting and database service providers to run this website and store submissions. They process the information on our behalf so that the site and its records function.
Retention
We keep submissions and measurement events only as long as needed for the operational and business purposes described above, and then delete or otherwise dispose of them.
Access, correction, and deletion
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted by contacting us through the contact form on this site. Describe your request in the notes field and we will follow up.
Children
This website is intended for business use and is not directed to children.
Changes
As ScopeGuards develops, this notice will be updated to reflect what the site and product actually do. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
