This site is informational. It describes what ScopeGuards is being built to do and lets you apply for a pilot or request a walkthrough. It does not provide access to a product account.

Nothing on this site, and nothing produced during a review or analysis, is legal advice or contract interpretation. ScopeGuards does not determine contractual entitlement, whether a change is compensable, or whether notice requirements have been satisfied. Those are commercial and legal decisions for your team and your advisors.

ScopeGuards surfaces potential scope changes with supporting evidence for human review. It does not submit change orders, notices, or claims on your behalf, and it does not act on your projects without your team's decision.

Applying through this site does not create a pilot, design partnership, or any service relationship. Any pilot, analysis, or exchange of project documents requires a separate written agreement covering document scope, transfer method, access, and retention.

You agree to use this site lawfully, and not to:

• submit false information or someone else's details without permission;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its database, or any underlying systems;
• scrape, overload, disrupt, or interfere with the site or its security features;
• use the site to send unsolicited or automated submissions.

The ScopeGuards name, site content, copy, product interface designs, and graphics are owned by ScopeGuards or its licensors. You may view and share the pages, but you may not copy, republish, or reuse the content commercially without permission. Any material you submit remains yours; you grant us permission to use it to respond to your request and evaluate fit.

ScopeGuards is early stage and this site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, or remove content or features at any time. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that its content is complete or accurate for your particular project or situation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ScopeGuards is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of this site, or for decisions made in reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms as the product and program develop. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
